What are test leads?
These leads are connecting cables which are used specifically for Multimeters, attaching a test probe to the end will allow the user to measure the required voltage, current or electrical resistance. As it assists operation with a multimeter, at least two of these types of electrical values are measured.
What are test probes?
Connecting to Fluke multimeters, a set of test probes will measure the device or target for an accurate reading, such as voltage or current. Due to the flexibility and quality produced by Fluke, each probe provides much-needed precision.

FLUKE Multimeter Leads, Test Lead Type, 10A Current Rating – TL175E
In need of multitasking testing leads that can easily be adapted for different applications? These TwistGuard multimeter leads from FLUKE are reliable all-rounders. With a quick turn, you can change the exposed probe tip length from 4 up to 19mm. A contrasting inner cable colour lets you know when to replace the product, so there’s no need for wear and tear to jeopardise safety. As they’ve been tested for strain relief to over 30,000 bends without any problems, you can rest assured that these leads are built to work as hard as you do.
Features & Benefits
• Cable’s 1.2m length gives plenty of reach when testing, without pulling on the multimeter
• Standard 4mm banana plugs for compatibility with most FLUKE multimeters
• Double-insulated silicone housing for flexibility in cold temperatures
Applications
• Energy sector
• Telecommunications industry
• Manufacturing equipment
• Electronic testing
What are the benefits of the TwistGuard design?
The TwistGuard design lets you quickly swap between tip lengths by simply twisting the head. You can retract the tip length to prevent accidental contact with energised surfaces in industrial settings. It’s also possible to extend the tip when you need to access hard-to-reach areas.
